uCareLINGO is a care-based voice translation App that breaks down language barriers so all frontline care providers can better understand non-English speaking patients’ needs, whether they are in hospital, long term care, or a senior in their own home.

Especially in a hospital setting, clear communications between healthcare workers and patients can significantly reduce errors or delays in their care, while offering them and their family members peace of mind.

uCareLINGOs custom-designed content addresses the specifics needs of aging seniors. Intuitive visual and audio tools allow for easy communication about daily living activities, while targeted questions are used to assess the senior’s isolation challenges, potential exposure to illnesses, and overall wellbeing.

uCareLingo organizes 35 of the most commonly used words/phrases associated with personal wellbeing and activities of daily living, into the following groups: Pronouns, Time, Wellness, Action, Activity and Comfort.
